The famous Hollywood actor George Clooney is apparently selling his Lake Como Villa named Villa Oleandra located in Italy for $107 million. The Villa is very beautiful with a stunning view of the Lakes of Como in Northern Italy.
According to recent news, George Clooney has silently listed his Lake Como Villa. Surprisingly with the property listing which was done without any marketing or advertisement. Clooney has revealed he is targeting all the potential buyers with high net worth.
Back in 2002, Clooney purchased the villa for $10 million from the Heinz family. Now he makes 100 times the profit by selling the property. In July Clooney and his beloved wife Amal spent time in this Villa.
The reason behind selling the property is unwanted paparazzi. The villa grabs the attention of the paparazzi and they are invading Clooney’s private life. Despite his love for the Villa and the residence which he wants to buy for a less accessible property elsewhere in Italy.
